    2014年11月19日在嘉兴召开了嘉兴市市政工程协会三届五次常务理事会议。本次会议主要内容包括嘉兴市南湖杯优质工程的评选，嘉兴市市政行业先进单位评选方法的修改，及通过新入会单位名单。
    此前，协会于2014年2月25日至4月20日对申报2014年度嘉兴市第二批市政工程南湖杯奖（优质工程）的九个工程项目进行了复查，此次复查着重听取了施工单位、监理单位对工程质量情况的汇报，听取了建设单位或管养单位对工程使用情况的评价，实地检查工程外观质量，审查申报资料、施工资料。我公司由姚钱江担任项目经理的硖尖公路（城南大道～黄山桥）给水管道工程及海宁市东部污水干管一期工程也获此殊荣。
    硖尖公路（城南大道～黄山桥）给水管道工程是由海宁市自来水有限公司建设，中国市政工程东北设计研究院设计，我公司施工的一项优质工程。在外观方面，闭门井粉刷到位，钢管桥焊接好，油漆均匀，其相关资料收集齐全。海宁市东部污水干管一期工程则是由海宁市紫光水务有限责任公司建设，中国水电顾问集团华东勘测研究院有限公司设计，我公司施工的另一项优质工程，在施工制作方面钢管桥焊接到位，油漆均匀，排气孔设置到位。我公司对建设的每一个工程都尽心尽责，精益求精，这是铸就百年鸿翔的基础。此次的市政工程协会常务理事会的召开给予我们展示自己的机会也让我们检视到不足，今后我公司将以此为基础，在获得更多优质工程上越做越好。

2014年11月12日下午，海宁市工程质量治理两年行动暨建筑施工项目部综合管理现场观摩会在我公司投资并施工的鸿翔紫微大厦项目施工现场召开。
海宁市人民政府副市长邵小文、嘉兴市建委副主任陈松加出席会议并做重要讲话。来自全市各乡镇（街道）、市级部门、市级平台、土建企业、房地产企业、勘察设计单位、园林市政企业、监理单位代表共300余人参加会议并现场观摩了工地现场。会议由海宁市人民政府办公室副主任俞卫刚主持，at the meeting，海宁市住建局局长钱海屏布置了工程质量治理两年行动工作；我公司建设集团总裁介绍了集团经营、项目部管理情况；黄湾镇（尖山新区）介绍了建筑工地劳动用工管理；浙江海辰工程监理咨询有限公司法人代表张少华作表态发言；海宁市建筑业协会常务副会长马小平宣读了五方责任主体倡议书，At last，会议取得了圆满结束。
